On-Campus Interviewing (OCI)

The most effective way to recruit engineering students from Ohio State is through OCI. The recruiting process is facilitated through Handshake, our online career services management system, with the overall goal of making your experience as seamless as possible. 

If you choose to conduct virtual interviews, you may use the conferencing platform of your choice. If your company is looking to conduct virtual interviews, you can manage those schedules through Handshake.

Requesting Accommodations 

If you require accommodation for a disability such as live captioning or sign language interpretation to participate in any career fairs, events, or activities, please contact ECS at eng-ecs@osu.edu. Requests made two weeks before the event will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
